-Physically: Stretch, Yoga, Massages, Baths, Walk more, Gym, Swim
-Socially: Smile, Make-Up, Facials, Mani/Pedi
-Mentally: Read a book a month, Keep up with Current News
-Spiritually: Meditate, Go to Temple, Read, Write
-Family: Help around house, Spend time with them
-Friend: Have Fun! Take tons of Pix!
-Student: Apply for Business School
-Employee: Think about career path
-Community: Volunteer once a month, Be more involved in elections/politics
-Financial Manager: Financial plan
